Progress To Date: January 16, 2007
We’re still fighting the rain, but we’ve succeeded in completing the 1st and 2nd level floor extensions and this week are constructing the roof extension and rear wall and closing the building. We’ve singed the plumbing and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contract and are preparing to dig the trench in the front yard to the water meter under the sidewalk. We made a few decisions about the interior placement of the plumbing and sewerage stacks and are ready to run pipe. Some side wall framing, but no interior walls yet.
