Ovation Development

Progress To Date: December 14, 2006



At last, the mud is gone. The bank has appraised our progress and approved a major draw. The foundation and underpinning is done and the central support beam has been moved. Most of the rear wall has been removed and the foundation for the new rear and side walls is well underway. We’ve received estimates for plumbing work, gas lines, sewer, and water and expect to sign the contract sometime next week. Framing work will be started before Christmas.
